Project Overview

Designed a personalized onboarding flow that meets users before they hit the dashboard. The experience asks for goals first, then guides users through only the setup steps that matter to them, ending with a setup summary and clear expectations around getting a physical card through a kiosk locator.

Role & Responsibilities

Owned the end-to-end UX and UI for the flow. Defined the screen sequence, interaction patterns, and content hierarchy. Designed high-fidelity screens and a clickable prototype to validate the experience and communicate intent clearly.
